The Clinicians and staff at Rimrock Trails Treatment Services in Prineville, Bend, and Redmond, Oregon are committed to the health and safety of our clients and employees. In addition, we know that the stress of the COVID-19 virus has caused anxiety, depression, grief, isolation, and a myriad of other concerns.  As always, we are committed to continuing to provide uncompromised mental health care for you and your family as we walk through this uncertain time together.  

As of April 3, 2023, Rimrock Trails is no longer requiring individuals to wear a mask when entering our facilities. If an individual is concerned about their personal health and safety, they may wear a mask and ask that we wear a mask when meeting with them. Please let us know if you have concerns that we can address. 
​Alternatively, to avoid exposure you can still see your therapist with video visits, otherwise known as Telehealth Counseling. This practice is recognized as a reputable form of counseling that can be provided in the safety and comfort of your own home or at a location most convenient for you. Our diverse team of therapists and behavioral health professionals can support your full mental well-being from the privacy and ease of home. All you need is access to a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with video capabilities. We utilize a secure online Telehealth platform that is simple and easy for you to use. Please contact us at 888-532-6247 and a Coordinator will be happy to assist you in scheduling an individual or family Telehealth Counseling appointment.
